Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment for service is made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a service is cancelled or postponed, all money paid are retained by JRD BUY SELL and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

All JRD BUY SELL software products are available for purchase on [] web site. All the software products are available for download (with the exception of the OEM variants) and are fully functional. We provide a free online demo to let you fully evaluate the software product to ensure it meets your needs prior to making a purchase decision. You require registering to enable its full functionality. During your online demo period, our support team are available to assist via telephone. We strongly recommend that all customers online demo of any JRD BUY SELL product prior to making a purchase for licenced version.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any issue for that you are about to chargeback so that we can check and fix the issue. Requesting a chargeback or opening a dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
